On 5 January 2023, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) entered into force. A broader set of large companies will now be required to report on sustainability.
EU proposed the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) on 30 March 2022. It aims to make products sold in the EU subject to performance and information-related requirements. The framework sets new annexes as “Digital Product Passport (DPP)” providing information about products’ environmental sustainability.
